MY JOURNEY
I started my career as a lifestyle writer for women’s magazines. I relished working in editorial but had always been drawn to comedy.
In 2009, my passion was cemented when I co-wrote and performed in sell-out comedy show A Midsummer Night's Scream at the Edinburgh festival, directed by Cariad Lloyd.
I went on to hone my skills as a scriptwriter, comedy performer and voiceover artist whilst working as a commercial copywriter.
My first sitcom pilot Bobby was shortlisted in 2012, by Big Talk & Comedy Central. In 2016, I won a Dave comedy award for writing and performing in sketch show Call of Dudey. I'm currently developing new sitcom pilot Ursula.
